  • The Traders and Customer Welfare Association was founded in 2011 with a simple but urgent purpose: to protect and strengthen local retail businesses at a time when they need it most. Today, we are proud to represent **almost 25,000 registered retailers** across our markets — making us one of the largest trader associations of our kind. We exist because local shopkeepers deserve a strong, united voice — one that can stand up for their rights, solve their everyday problems, and bring customers back through their doors.
